Every GoMoby item is printed or embroidered after you order it. Production and shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves production.

Returns and exchanges

Because each piece is made for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
